Serenity By Design is a Maine based- home interiors company. We combine organizing, decorating, staging, and cleaning; blending beautiful and inspired spaces with systems that stick. Founded by Allison Loosigian, a healthcare leader and dementia practitioner, turned executive home stylist. Allison spent most of her career partnering with families, while helping them navigate through some of life’s most challenging times. These experiences fueled a deep understanding that our environment shapes how we feel, and progress begins with compassion, the driving force for the creation of Serenity By Design.

At Serenity By Design, we bring a non-judgmental, calm and, patient partnership. We frequently partner with clients who have memory care needs, are living with anxiety or depression, or are simply overwhelmed by the pace of life.

We use behavior-smart organizing (clear labels, predictable zones, gentle visual cues) and design rooms that are easy to navigate and easy to reset. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s relief, confidence, and the feeling that your home is on your side again. In short: we help turn chaos into calm.
